- Same-Day Cancellations: Not permitted; charge for the full reservation amount.
- No-Show Policy: Charged for the full reservation amount if no-show without prior notice.

- Eligible Refunds: Credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Processing Time: Additional time may be needed depending on your financial institution.

- Date Changes: Subject to availability and may incur rate changes. Changes less than 24 hours before check-in treated as cancellation.
