Terms and Conditions - Clay Inn Hotel Hospitality (Paschim Vihar)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the booking services provided by Inn Hospitality for its Paschim Vihar property, hereafter referred to as "the Hotel". By making a reservation through our website or any affiliated booking platforms, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking Process

• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our official website or authorized third-party booking platforms.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policies

• Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out time is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Room rates are charged per night and may vary based on seasonality and demand.
• All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel.

7. Hotel Rules and Regulations

• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest violating these terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
